Kyle Burt

I spent 20 years inside the IT and telecom industry. I have sat across the table from thousands of IT leaders, and the same problems keep showing up: too many vendors, too much noise, not enough clarity. I built Catch Advisors to fix that.

My career started at AT&T where I earned Diamond Club, the company's elite recognition for top performers. From there I went deep into unified communications, contact center design, and solutions architecture before founding a customer experience business where Omni Hotels was our largest client.

After exiting that business, I spent two years training intensively on cybersecurity, building frameworks following Sounil Yu's Cyber Defense Matrix. Since then I have tested and leveraged every major AI model and platform available in a continuous quest to adapt faster, make better decisions, and help the people I work with do the same.

From AT&T to Advisor

Every chapter of my career taught me something different. Telecom taught me how networks really work. CX taught me what customers actually care about. Cybersecurity taught me what keeps executives up at night. AI taught me what is possible when you stop waiting and start building.

2006

Started career in telecom at AT&T

2012

AT&T National Business Markets, Wireless & Applications overlay supporting 6 account managers across Los Angeles, Hollywood, Valencia, and Orange County

2014

Relocated to AT&T Global HQ in Dallas, TX as a Tactical Account Manager 1 serving 74 select mid-market to enterprise accounts. Earned AT&T Diamond Club that year.

2015

Promoted to Manager 2 as a Strategic Account Manager serving clients with 1,000+ employees. Quickly advanced to AT&T's Premier Client Group overseeing enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts.

2016

Founded Catch Solutions

2020

Founded CX business serving enterprise hospitality clients including Omni Hotels

2021

Exited CX business, pivoted deep into cybersecurity training and framework design
