When you register for a Catch Advisors event, you agree to the following:

• Event details (date, time, location, agenda) are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of material changes.
• Catch Advisors reserves the right to limit attendance, approve or deny registrations, and cancel events at our discretion.
• By attending our events, you consent to being photographed and recorded. These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Catch Advisors is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred in connection with our events.

7. Affiliate and Referral Program

Participation in the Catch Advisors affiliate and referral program ("Project Sideangl") is subject to separate terms provided during the onboarding process. By submitting an affiliate application through the Site, you acknowledge that:

• Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of Catch Advisors
• Commission structures and payment terms are outlined in the affiliate agreement
• Catch Advisors reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, services, and information provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Catch Advisors does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
